Granite Hacarmel Investments LTD (Granite) is one of Israeli leading and strong holding company. In 2006 the Canit Hashlom Investments LTD (Canit), from Azrieli group, purchased the lion’s share of Granite’s share and become the holder of controlling interest in the company. Granite was established in 1981 and became public in 1992, the company’s share traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). As for today Canit holds 60% of Granite’s shares, 15% of its shares hold by Mr. Yeshayahu Landau, the rest, 25%, holds by the public.
