Going Investment Gestión, S.G.E.C.R. is a venture capital firm owned by Going Investment S.A., an independent privately-owned financial group, is a leader and pioneer in capital investment in Aragón, with wide experience at national level. Going Investment S.A. acquires equity stakes in companies in the manufacturing and services businesses.
Going Investment, S.A. was launched in 1998 by a group of professionals who not only contributed capital, but also strong management skills and a large amount of experience in industry and multinational business management.
Going Investment Gestión, S.G.E.C.R. was authorised in March 2004 by the Spanish Ministry of Economy, as proposed by the National Commission for Stock Markets (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, CNMV). The company was formally constituted in April 2004 and it was inscribed in the venture capital entity registry of the CNMV in May 2004.
They focus on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), promoting their development, helping entrepreneurs and management teams reach the next stage of growth or aiding management replacement in family businesses. In all cases, they maximize value for all stakeholders involved, by increasing company equity and setting and achieving new business goals.
