A Silicon Valley based global venture capital firm started by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, Fenox Venture Capital works closely with emerging technology companies to access the largest North American market with a special focus and expertise on growth markets in Asia and Europe.

Our story starts with our chairman, Vitaliy Arbuzov, who began a small tools company in 1989. Today, that company is Fenox Automotive Components, one of the largest automotive parts suppliers for manufacturers in Europe, Asia, and North America. Fenox has since expanded its business into multiple different markets, and is now a major global company. Our other founder, Anis Uzzaman, is a serial entrepreneur with extensive corporate management experience at IBM and Cadence. Anis has spent extensive time in his career building multiple businesses within Asia. His deep understanding of Asian business, language, and culture brings a very unique perspective to Fenox Venture Capital, its entrepreneurs, and its investors.

Vitaliy and Anis founded Fenox Venture Capital to help entrepreneurs build successful, transformative businesses that span the USA and global emerging markets. Based in San Jose, California, Fenox Venture Capital today is led by Anis Uzzaman, who serves as the chief executive of the firm.

We look for startups with world-class management and technical teams that are targeting disruptive opportunities in the consumer Internet, retail, and software sectors. Our preference is to work with emerging companies that can benefit from access to attractive, fast-growing markets in Asia and Europe.

With regard to investment sizes, we invest across all stages including seed, early, and advanced growth rounds. We also co-lead, follow, and partner with other angel syndicates and venture funds.
