Delta-v Capital is an institutionally backed growth equity fund that purchases minority stakes in later stage private growth technology companies. We acquire common or preferred equity directly from a selling shareholder, often founders, angel investors, strategic investors and past and current management. Essentially, we are a near-term source of liquidity to a shareholder that has a desire or need to monetize some or all of their paper wealth in a private company that is uncorrelated to the performance of the underlying business.
