CM-CIC Private Capital is the management of Mutual Funds Investment in Innovation (FCPI) and investment funds Proximity (FIP) of the Groupe Crédit Mutuel - CIC (CM-CIC). CM-CIC Capital Privé with SMEs having demonstrated the relevance of their positioning in relation to their markets, and provides expertise in the service of experienced leaders and holders of an industrial project in the medium term. CM-CIC Private Capital invests capital primarily in unlisted companies. Independent management company and approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, it manages a total asset amounting to € 350 million in 2009. CM-CIC Private Capital is a subsidiary of CIC Finance.
