Corporate Finance Partners CFP & Founders Investments GmbH & Co. KGaA (“CFP & Founders Investmentsâ€) is the non-institutional co-investment fund of Corporate Finance Partners.
CFP & Founders Investments focuses on co-investments in growth companies and tech-buyouts from the telecommunications, IT, Internet & media sector and currently comprises a portfolio of 25 companies. The fund is linked to one of the strongest and most value adding business networks in Germany and provides an excellent platform for an exchange of knowledge and know-how between investors, portfolio companies and the fund. The circle of investors comprises approximately 150 individual investors and includes the “Who-is-Who†of the German founders’ community.
CFP & Founders Investments is managed by Andreas Thümmler and Andres Noth. Both also serve as Managing Directors at Corporate Finance Partners, Germany’s leading independent mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance Advisory with a track record with excellent historical value generation. More than 200 transactions were successfully concluded during the last 12 years, such as zanox, Jamba!, blau, Bigpoint, jajah and Xing. Corporate Finance Partners has offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Vienna, Budapest, Miami, Foster City/ Sillicon Valley and Tokyo with eleven managing directors supported by more than 40 investment professionals.
