For its small cap growth strategy, the firm invests in companies with market capitalization in the range from $250 million to $2 billion. It invests in companies with market capitalization in the range of $500 million to $7 billion for its smid growth strategy and in companies with market capitalization in the range from $500 million to $10 billion for its smid strategy. The firm conducts in-house research to make its investments. Century Capital Management was founded in 1992 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts with an additional office in Baltimore, Maryland and Darien, Connecticut.
