CDIB BioScience Venture Management (CBVM) is a life science venture management company with operations in US and Taiwan. The majority of management team was spun-off from CDIB (China Development Industrial Bank) in 2001, one of the largest investment banks in Asia. CDIB remains to be a minor investor to the fund. The team has invested over 50 biotech companies globally in the past 10 years and majority of them successfully listed in global stock market exchanges or acquired.
