Bristol Capital Advisors, LLC, a Los Angeles based hedge fund advisor to Bristol Investment Fund, Ltd., announces they will be active secondary buyers and liquidity providers for holders of illiquid Auction Rate Securities.
Paul Kessler, Bristol Capital Fund Manager, stated, “We feel there is an opportunity for buyers such as Bristol to come in and provide a bid and create a more fluid market to holders of these securities who are not able to liquidate their capital. Bristol will be using trading platforms such as the Zealous ATS or ZATS in order to bid anonymously for these securities.”
