Banc of America Securities makes its marc as the investment banking arm of Bank of America. The subsidiary, along with its UK affiliate Banc of America Securities Limited, offers trading and brokerage services; securities underwriting; debt and equity research; and advice on public offerings, leveraged buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions.
