AURINVEST, development capital company, since November 2001 includes sixty actors of economic life around Michel Demont, its president.
The CRA has invested over the past seven years in business-related sectors of activity known to members of the Investment Committee and in which there are opportunities for external growth.
Most of these investments have been conducted jointly with the investment fund partners.
The investments are subject to auditing and legal prior to issuing a letter of intent. Each of the entries is supervised by two particular members of the Investment Committee which shall report at the weekly meeting.
The planned disposal of equity and included in shareholders’ agreements are a period of four years maximum. The first release took place in 2004.
