ARC Financial Corp. is an employee owned firm that was founded in 1989 as a boutique investment and financial advisory firm focused on the Canadian energy industry. In their early years they focused on establishing an industry leading investment research capability, which they leveraged to build a highly successful corporate advisory practice. They also began to invest as principals and with partners in the equity of early stage energy companies and non-core oil and gas production assets.
