The holding company was renamed Admiralty Partners after its subsidiary, Quarterdeck Investment Partners, LLC, was sold to Jefferies & Company, Inc. Admiralty Partners, its affiliates and founder have been involved in hundreds of transactions valued in billions of dollars, including assignments for such leading industry companies as BAE Systems, Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.
