A result of a merger of a premium Chocolate manufacturer in Malaysia and a Franchise of Internet Media resulted in the best of many worlds. The company consist of Chocolate manufacturing, Premium Gifts and handicraft alongside with the Biolife and Medical Research in herbal remedies and foods whereas the technology arm does internet engineering.

As the term Internet Engineering term means, they engineer. Many designs and products were developed and sold to other parties for mass commercialisation including Google. Although the details are vague, patents include heuristics of internet marketing
