Zicasso serves as a marketplace for potential travellers to post details about their dream vacation and have travel agents compete for their business. Travellers fill out a form to describe the trip they are most interested in, and then a number of travel companies will respond to the proposal within 2 business days. Zicasso users can then choose the package that suits them for free, and sellers are charged a fee for the transaction. A specific focus of Zicasso is the ability of local tour operators in foreign countries to have access to a global marketplace.
