ZDNet (formerly “ZiffNet”) is an ezine published by CBS Interactive. It is one of the three business technology websites, along with TechRepublic and SmartPlanet from CBSInteractive. The website was founded in 1991.

Along with its CBSi sister site, TechRepublic, ZDNet has a large online footprint in the IT professional community. ZDNet publishes technology news for professionals who need to stay informed about how technology impacts their careers.
