Zayo Group, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides fiber-based bandwidth, voice, and managed services to carrier, enterprise, SME, and government customers.

In addition, it owns and operates fiber optic networks in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest. Further, the company provides fiber-based transport services to domestic inter-exchange carriers, wireless service providers, and multi-system operators to transport voice, video, and data traffic. Its carrier customers include telecom, wireless, cable television, local exchange carriers, and Internet service providers; and enterprise customers include Web-centric businesses, technology companies, education, financial services, and healthcare providers.

Zayo Group, Inc. was founded in 2006 and is based in Louisville, Colorado.
