Evento Blog España (EBE) is the bigger blogger and web entrepeneur conference in Spain and the second most important in Europe (+1.000 participants in 2008).
Before the first edition of EBE in November 2006 in Seville, there were no annual conferences or events covering blogs or new social media initiatives on the internet. With EBE, the goal was to set a reference point in Spain for those using the social web for personal, business and educational purposes.
Many spanish and international Internet personalities came to speak in Seville last years: Biz Stone, Shel Israel, Matt Mullenweg, Andreu Buenafuente (Jay Leno in Spain), among them Spain’s most prominent bloggers specializing in topics such as politics, journalism, economy and TV, as well as Internet entrepreneurs.
