Wuiper provides nightlife promoters with scratch tickets they can distribute to their patrons. Each participant can scratch the ticket and text the unique code written on it to randomly start a discussion in real-time with people in the same location. After the party, people can connect to Wuiper.com to continue the discussion and see the profiles of people they chatted with.
