Wix has developed a WebTop publishing platform; allowing users to create any kind of web content (web sites, widgets, blogs, myspace layouts) and publish that content anywhere they want.
Wix is the only publishing offering that allows users to create stunning flash-based content online that is totally personalized and without the need to code. Wix does this without the need to use complex publishing systems and without being constrained by the limitations of template based solutions. Furthermore Wix sites enable effective promotion as they are SEO friendly.
Wix launched the open beta in June. Wix users are small businesses, consumers and web designers. They are located in NY and Tel Aviv.
