WireorTired.com is where users submit, rate, and discuss the topics of the day. Members and guests vote to decide if the topics are “Wired†(hot, exciting, interesting) or “Tired†(boring, played-out, old news), and can then debate the opposing sides, or submit their own topics.
The company wants to help internet users stay on top of the current topics, and provide a quality site to rate and discuss Wired topics, while also allowing people to vent on the Tired topics the media has played out. WiredorTired is an application that users will check several times a day to view the top rated topics for their own information and entertainment, rate the topics giving them their say in what is Wired and Tired, discuss and debate the topics to voice their opinions on the matter, and submit their own unique topics.
The WiredorTired homepage displays the Top 5 Wired and Tired and Top 10 Most Recent and Active topics. From here a user can then filter by type, category, and time frame to view a more specific segment of topics, or go directly to the detail page of a topic. All visitors can rate topics on the site, and registered members have the added abilities of commenting on topics, submitting new topics, subscription services, integrating contributions to existing social networking channels, and a host of other features.
