WillowTree Apps, Inc. was founded in 2007 and is based in Charlottesville, VA. We were one of the first companies to launch an iPhone app, and our Spotasaurus app has been featured in Apple’s own television and print advertising. Our four main areas of focus are: Mobile Strategy, Native & Web Applications Development, including iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile 7 and web apps, Mobile Optimization and Client Workforce Augmentation.
Some of the industries for which we have developed leading apps include Education, Entertainment, Healthcare, Media, Music & Radio, Retail/eCommerce, Sports & Recreation and Ticketing.
Apple recently rated our University of Virginia iPhone App as #1 in New and Noteworthy for Education.
