When I Work(WIW) is an online employee scheduling software that connects companies and employees to the work schedule using the web, mobile apps and text messaging.
WIW takes a very direct approach to staff scheduling. Usability and user experience are the primary drivers behind it’s design. Very limited data entry is required by the schedule manager—eliminating the daunting and often overwhelming task of setting up and maintaining the work schedule.
Features are simple and direct. Employees can make time-off requests and set their availability. Managers can easily visualize their position coverage and see who’s available for a shift and who’s not. Managers can even send out shift alert notifications that inform staff that there are some hours available.
When I Work takes the learning curve out of a web based scheduling app and connects staff with web, iPhone, Android and mobile web apps.
