Vringo

Vringo is a video sharing community that allows users to share “Vringos” (aka Video Ringtones) with friends. You choose the video ringtones you’d like your friends to see and your friends choose the “Vringos” they’d like you to see. Video ringtones can include licensed content or user generated clips.

The Vringo application is free, but licensed content and your mobile carrier’s data charges will cost you. Also, you’ll need an internet-enabled mobile phone in order to use the service.
