Vquence monitors statistics and spread information about online published video in its VQmetrics service. Think of it as “Web analytics for video”. The main idea is to track newly published video on social networks such as YouTube, MySpace.TV, Vimeo and other such sites. VQmetrics tracks views, comments, ratings and favourites and produces graphs that show their development over time. VQmetrics also aggregates these statistics across multiple videos and across multiple hosting sites - these can be copies of the same video or videos that are grouped to monitor e.g. a certain market. The main target for these services are viral video marketing campaigns, but the service is also useful for reputation monitoring and market analysis.
