Virtuos is one of the largest providers of offshore production services to the game and movie industries.
Virtuos offers game production services including: 3D art and animation, and game development. Virtuos is a licensed developer on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and 3DS, and also develops on iOS and SNS platforms. Its clients include 15 of the top 20 game companies in the world.
In 2011 Virtuos acquired Sparx*, a 3D animation studio which creates feature films, TV shows and game cinematics. As of February 2012, Virtuos has over 900 employees across development centers in Shanghai, Chengdu and Saigon, and offices in Paris, Vancouver and Tokyo. Its management team includes experienced developers representing 15 nationalities.
