Vinyou.com is a free online wine tasting calendar and social network focused on “Wine, You & Where You Taste It.â€
“Vindors,†or those who host public wine tastings, add their events to Vinyou’s ever-growing online calendar. Along with the usual date, location, time and price that are listed for each event, Vinyou events are also designed to include the wines and food that will be served. While the calendar is available for anyone to search, taking full advantage of Vinyou’s unique food and wine listing feature is only for registered users who can return to the site after each event and leave tasting notes and ratings for the wines they sample.
All tasting notes and ratings are permanently saved and can be accessed at any time via each member’s MyVine page. Vinyou MyVine pages are a user’s “hub†where they can also RSVP to events, see what wine events are coming up in their area, leave wine related status updates for their fellow wine friends to see, and even create private events of their own.
