It is a joint venture between Google, Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, and Abu Dhabi Media Company (ADMC) as strategic investor. It launched on Dec. 8, 2009. Users can create personalized video playlists with up to 75 videos in queue.
Negotiations are underway with other music labels to joint the venture.
