Valnur is an information-discovery engine that organizes user-contributed data in a way that makes them easier to be searched for with high granularity.

An acronym for Very Accessible & Logically-Navigable Universal Repository, it is developed as a solution for information-seekers who face the problem of not being able to perform sophisticated in-depth queries such as finding:

• English language comedy films originating from a country founded in 1776, having the word ‘the’, and whose director is 1.65m tall
• males whose own as well as one of their children’s and one of their parent’s birth month falls in October
• American politicians who was a professional basketball player
• … so on and so forth
