UserTesting.com has a large panel of users who will record their screen and voice as they use a specified website. Clients can request users who match their target demographic and have them record themselves trying to do specified tasks on the client’s website. The resulting recording is posted on the Web for the client to view. The cost is $39 per user recording and the results are typically ready an hour after being requested.
