UrbanVoice is a location-based social network that allows people to discover what is going on and what are the best spots around a specific region. It could be somehow considered the Klout for locations, because of a proprietary algorithm that gives a score, called “UP - Urban Points”, between 0 and 100 to each Place. This score is calculated counting many location signals such as quality, popularity, trendiness, online presence, etc.
