Twittley is a social web site that allows people to discover and share interesting web content through the Twitter network.
They do so by submitting links and stories to Twittley, other users then vote and comment on those stories. When a Twittley user votes for a story a link is also posted onto their Twitter account so their followers can take a look at the story as well.
Twittley goes farther than just counting the number of retweets a link receives. That type of system can be easily cheated. Twittley Karma is a system that takes a wide variety of variables into consideration to figure out the actual popularity of a link being retweeted on Twitter.
