TVSpy’s history began over 20 years ago, when the legendary talent scout, Don Fitzpatrick founded ShopTalk, TVSpy’s daily newsletter, in 1983 to help keep television executives in the know. Today ShopTalk is regarded as the “Daily Bible” in the broadcast industry with over 25,000 subscribers.
In 1993, Don launched the first version of TVSpy.com. In 1997, the TVSpy Watercooler was born, quickly becoming THE place to exchange information and ideas in the industry. Well over 750 messages are now posted each day.
