tuOtempO is an appointment management system which includes a back-end scheduling application, a self-service online appointment widget (front-end), and a multi-channel (sms, voice, email) and 2way communication system to send automatic appointment reminders and other notifications (delays, cancellations, callbacks etc.) .

In comparison with other scheduling softwares and web-applications tuOtempO mainly differs for the precence of features and capabilities aimed to cater the business needs of medium and large healthcare establishments such as hospitals and clinics.

Some of these characteristics are:

• tuOtempO Sincro module for integration with a third party scheduling software or database.
• Extensive management of user’s permissions and levels of access (admin, doctor, receptionist etc) with detailed action logs.
• Possibility to run in a locally hosted server, in addition to the web-based solution
