Tun3r is an internet radio station aggregator and search engine. It offers one point access to audio samples, playlists and full radio station streaming from 1,400 internet radio stations. Tun3r covers 40 languages and 25 genres of music.
Tun3r generates revenue by selling space on its grid to internet radio stations. Stations can also opt to augment their logo on the grid and have their playlists updated faster.
Tun3r’s competitors include Pandora, Last.fm, AOl Music, Yahoo! Launch and Live365.com. It is differentiated by its focus on searching existing internet radio stations rather than creating community around the content.

Users can drag Tun3r’s orange needle over an array of stations in a grid called “The Dial”. Doing so will open a preview page below the dial showing previous playlists and a summary of the station’s information. This information includes the station’s alphanumerical position in the grid, the stations’ homepage url, the metadata for the current audio sample as well as the “Tun3 In” button. If the user decides, he/she may click the “Tun3 In” button to stream the radio station live. Tun3r supports a variety of media players for streaming including, but not limited to, Real Player, QuickTime and Winamp.
