Truveris is a health information technology company that provides management tools to sponsors of prescription benefit plans and payers of claims under these plans. The major prescription benefit sponsors/payers are governments (Federal, State & Local), health insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and unions. Truveris products and services allow these institutions to take control of ballooning pharmaceutical benefits costs, monitor and enforce Prescription Benefits Manager (PBM) contracts, and meet the regulatory compliance requirements of Sarbanes Oxley and Medicare Part D.
