Trimeris

Based in Morrisville, North Carolina, Trimeris was founded in 1993 by leading researchers in the study of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Their work in the early 1990s led to a breakthrough in the fight against AIDS — an entirely new class of anti-HIV drugs called fusion inhibitors.
