By eating healthier foods, The Trimdownclub encourages its members to change their lifestyle and, thereby, lose weight slowly and naturally. The club is not a diet program in the classical sense.
The Trim Down Club philosophy is that weight can be managed and reduced by eating the right combination of healthy, unprocessed foods, which balances protein, carbohydrate and fat intake. In addition, the body should never be allowed to get hungry.
The program encourages eating five to six meals per day, and calories are never counted. All recommended foods are unprocessed, but are generally available everywhere. Many are already in most people’s kitchens.
