Treasuremytext is a Mobile 2.0 startup based in the UK. It offers a suite of both private archiving and social features around the concept of message memory.

Treasuremytext’s ethos is to enable people who care about their mobile content to keep their special memories forever. Treasuremytext products bring web functionality to mobile users, and are designed around data portability; helping users ‘do more with mobile content’.

The SMS Archive at Treasuremytext.com works for any phone, on any network, anywhere. Users forward their favourite SMS messages to the service’s standard rate mobile number to make sure they’re kept safe forever (with localized numbers in USA, UK and The Netherlands). Treasuremytext treasures users’ messages and the new AJAX powered interface means viewing and organising is easy.

Treasuremytext currently offers a web based SMS archive at Treasuremytext.com, and application for iPhone. The company has plans to expand its SMS archiving product range in the near future.

Treasuremytext has relaunched in 2008. The company has recently recruited a new management team and board of advisors to develop new partnerships for the Treasuremytext.com archive service and via a whitelabel platform incorporating additional SMS services.
