TotalSoft is one of the largest IT companies in Romania. Established in 1995, the company is one of the pioneers of the IT industry in Romania. Currently, the company has over 500 employees and 1,500 clients from 25 countries in the private and public sector, mostly companies in financial services, leasing, distribution & retail, healthcare & pharma, telecom, automotive and constructions. In 2010 and 2011, TotalSoft ranked first place among the Romanian ERP providers, according to Pierre Audoin Consultants. TotalSoft has its own suite of software solutions, Charisma Business Suite, comprised of Charisma ERP, payroll and human capital management solutions, medical software, eBusiness applications. The Software Development division of TotalSoft creates tailor-made solutions abroad, with 300+ offshore projects delivered in USA, UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland. TotalSoft is member of Global Finance Group, one of the largest private investment companies in South-Eastern Europe.
