TORO is a mobile software company based in Taiwan, focusing on developing and commercializing a NFC (Near-Field Communication) Mobile Wallet Platform.
Toro has developed and continues developing a mobile wallet platform (akami suite™) that enables the distribution of NFC applications (whether secure: e.g. Visa Paywave card, Oyster card, or non-secure: e.g. NFC coupons or NFC games). The platform stretches across smart cards, mobile OSs, and the Internet.
