Todoist

Todoist is an online and mobile task manager that’s useful, fast and easy to use. It is available on over eight platforms including Google Chrome, Outlook, Firefox, iOS, and Android and offers both a free and premium subscription. The online version, launched in 2007, is used by over 400,000 people from many Fortune 100 companies and has constantly been praised for its innovation– most recently its HTML5 overhaul. Features include: saving webpages as tasks with one click, setting task reminders to arrive by email/SMS/push notification, and grouping tasks into projects or splitting them into subtasks for better organization.
