The Publishing segment publishes magazines, and operates a range of Web sites, as well as certain direct-marketing and direct-selling businesses. It publishes magazines on celebrities; sports; lifestyle, beauty, and fashion; life, home, body, and soul; news and events; economic and business developments; and consumer. Time Warner has a strategic alliance with Google, Inc. The company was founded in 1985 and is based in New York, New York.
