TikTok allows businesses to send out free local offers to mobile phones within the vicinity of the business. TikTok is designed for businesses to ‘fill in’ downtown by sending out an offer good for a few hours.
The APP is free for consumers to download. As the consumer moves through cities TikTok is active within they will get between one and six free local offers daily. The consumer has the option of then taking advantage of an offer they have received by going to the business and redeeming using their phone.
