I ordered 2 tickets on 6/20 for Celine Dions 1/5 concert in Dallas at AA Center (section 107 - lower level center). It is now 1/2 and the tickets have not been received as promised several times. They were originally promised 6/22, after tracking number was provided letting me know the tickets were shipping. 12/17 received another confirmation / tracking number that tickets were shipping. 12/30 called customer service and was told that tickets were being converted to electronic format and I would receive an email on 12/31. 12/31 called after tickets were not received and was told they would be received 1/2. It is now after 5 pm and the tickets HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED. This was a gift to my mother and now I am not even sure we will be at the show. This is a complete scam and total fraud!

maybe you should try ordering your tix a little bit more in advance than 3 DAYS. i think its understandable that they werent able to get them to u in such a short time period.

This is THE WORST online ticket svc. I have ever dealt with. They burnned me big time. Thought I bought and paid for Cubs tickets three days ago. 48 hrs. before the game, I still did not rcv. the tics. they called and told me these tics. are no longer available. They have "comparable ones" Lies all lies. Seat selection was not comparable and the prices went up (understandable). So now, I don't go to the game.(I don't have deep pockets) Tell that to your father who had his heart set on three rows above the Cubs dugout. Cheers.
