The Active Network

The Active Network is a holding company that owns a number of fitness-oriented Websites, including Active.com, CoolRunning, eteamz, SportsPower, and ActiveGolf. It also has marketing and technology services arms.

It acquired software company Hytek in July 2008, which is the primary meet and team management software for swimming, cross country running, and track & field.
