The Neat Company develops and sells scanning and software solutions. It offers connect scanner and software solutions to scan documents and export text, images, and data to their customized and third-party applications. The company offers products, including NeatDesk, a scanning and organizing system that scans receipts, business cards, and documents; and NeatReceipts, a receipt scanning solution that scans receipts, business cards, and documents and captures the information in an organized spreadsheet system. It also offers NeatScan To Office that installs a scanning toolbar in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint and lets the client to scan and transform documents directly in the applications; and NeatReceipts for Mac, a mobile scanner and digital filing system that scans receipts, business cards, and documents to generate expense reports, capture contact information, and create searchable PDFs. The company offers its solutions to individual professionals, business owners, and homeowners. Its products are available directly from The Neat Company Store, Neat airport kiosks, and retail stores, as well as through authorized resellers. The Neat Company was formerly known as NeatReceipts, Inc. and changed its name to The Neat Company in September 2008. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It has kiosk locations in Atlanta, Georgia; East Boston, Massachusetts; Dallas and Houston, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Kansas City, Missouri; Newark, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Washington, DC; Seattle, Washington; Dulles, Virginia; and Toronto, Canada.
