The Landmark at Eastview is one of the largest privately owned, multi-tenant science parks in New York State. It is owned by BMR-Landmark at Eastview LLC, and managed by BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. The research park, which is the former Butler Estate, is located in central Westchester County near the Hudson River on 116 beautifully landscaped acres in the Saw Mill River Valley. Most tenants at the Landmark conduct research and development.
