Tensha Therapeutics is developing small molecule bromodomain inhibitors, a new class of epigenetic modulators of gene expression, to treat cancer and other serious disorders. The companyâ€Ÿs programs are based on the discovery from the laboratory of Dr. James Bradner at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of first-in-class, potent small molecule BET bromodomain inhibitors. The companyâ€Ÿs lead program is aimed at the treatment of patients with BRD4-NUT midline carcinoma, acute myeloid leukemias, multiple myeloma, and other diseases.
