Teamly is a software-as-a-service web application which helps individuals in companies become more focused and productive, and provides managers with a quick and easy way to see what their team considers their top priorities.
Teamly improves productivity and communication in business by helping people focus on what is really important.
The problem Teamly solves is, firstly, as an individual how do you stay focused and effective, and secondly, for managers, how do you ensure your team are focused on what truly matters without micro-managing them, or reliance on bureaucratic HR processes?
Teamly lets employees identify their top priorities and then share them with their manager, team-mates and other employees company-wide. Each user is asked to enter a maximum of 5 priorities per time period, month/week/day. Appropriately timed emails ask you to review how well you did and ask you to set priorities in advance of the next time period. Managers get a dashboard so they can see at a glance what their direct reports are working on, and can view statistics on the percentage of priorities completed. These are useful not only for day-to-day management but also for traditional periodic HR performance reviews as they provide solid evidence of performance (or lack of).
